    • Cold Fill + Preservatives: Cost-effective, but check for FSSAI-allowed preservatives.

    • Avoid: Artificial stabilizers, carrageenan, synthetic colors, or sweeteners.

      • Acacia gum or sunflower lecithin for emulsification

    • Mixing: High-shear mixing or homogenization is essential to blend the protein smoothly without sedimentation or foaming.
