Our stability study is done under accelerated conditions at 40°C and 75% RH. We will measure active retention, pH drift, color stability, microbial growth limit, and sensory stability. Shelf life estimates of 12 to 24 months will be validated for your packaging and storage conditions.

Your formulation and your packaging need to match each other. We will determine your formulation compatibility with respect to PET, Glass, Tetra Pak, HDPE, and Laminated Pouch. We will also provide an evaluation for format suitability like shots, RTD bottles, cans, sachets, and effervescent tablets according to your market condition and budget.

All formulas will be analyzed for complete compliance with respect to your market. In case of India, FSSAI compliance analysis will be done for your formula which includes your ingredients list, maximum limit, and labeling requirement. Similarly, for the international market, we will provide regulatory compliance analysis with respect to EU food supplement regulations or FDA dietary supplement regulation as per your choice.

We create all technical documentation necessary for manufacturing by contract: Bill of Materials, batch manufacturing documentation, in-process control checkpoints, critical quality attributes, and finished product specifications. The above-mentioned documentation will be easily transferred to your manufacturing partner.
